Everyone is a house with four rooms, a physical, a mental, an emotional, and a spiritual. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time, but unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person.
Perhaps the greatest gift we can give to ourselves is self care.
We do this by attending to our Well-being and in so doing we bring calm and joy into our own lives and radiate it into the lives of others.
For me mindfulness is what makes this all possible by creating little islands of calm. By keeping a journal we join up the dots and slowly the picture of Well-being emerges.
